The FBI gives up their own Jody Weis to run tha Chicago Police Department in an effort to stop tha murders in Chicago.  However some corrupt officers forced him out so he can put one of his own incompetent, corrupt officers in place; Gary McCarthy.  After realizing that, they also come to realize that tha Chicago Government can fix Chicago at anytime, but they choose not to because it gives them jobs and pensions that no other company would ever give them.

An X-CIA agent, Chicago Blaxican, doesn’t like that.  He sets up an operation to get tha FBI agent’s job back.  While doing so, he also wants to put an end to all tha corrupt state politicians.

When that’s all done Chicago Blaxican turns Englewood, tha worst neighborhood in Chicago,  into tha N.S.A. with cameras everywhere.  He teaches them that tha Chicago Police Department is not your enemy and tha state politicians are.  He shares classified information with them that all politicians work together and they have tha biggest scam going: to deceive minorities, middle class and tha tax payers.

Democrats and Republicans pretend to fight and scream at each other tha same way wrestlers do.  They pretend to have different causes so they can divide tha American people. This causes Americans to fight each other and distracts them from tha real criminals and thieves (which are political parties). Many residents who are victims of tha system can’t believe Obama is part of that scam because he is a person of color from Chicago.  They’ve put their hearts and souls into believing in him.  However, after receiving some high level intelligence reports, they ask each other (and themselves) "what did Obama ever do for Chicago besides give us Rahm".
